Job Description

The National Key Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic partnerships and increasing revenue from key educational institutions. This role focuses on growing Taman Safari Indonesia’s presence in the education sector by developing and promoting programs such as school trips, student events, and learning experiences at all Parks and Hotels under the Taman Safari Indonesia Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategies targeting educational institutions, including schools, universities, and learning organizations.

Build and manage long‑term partnerships with key education accounts to drive group visits, events, and learning programs across Taman Safari Indonesia properties.

Design and promote customized educational packages aligned with curriculum goals and institutional needs (e.g., school trips, camps, environmental education).

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Events, Reservations, Marketing) to ensure seamless program delivery and customer satisfaction.

Represent the Group at education expos, conferences, and networking events to promote offerings and generate new leads.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision‑making and innovation in education‑based services.

Support the VP of Business and Commerce in achieving revenue targets and ensuring brand integrity in all education sector engagements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably within the education, hospitality, or tourism sector.

Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships with educational institutions or networks.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Solid understanding of Indonesia’s education landscape, including curriculum standards and institutional needs.

Strategic thinker with the ability to create tailored offerings that align with learning objectives and drive revenue.

High level of integrity, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
