Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in the food ingredients and MSG industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive MSG (monosodium glutamate) business in new and existing Southeast Asian markets, with a focus on Indonesia
Partner with regional distributors and local partners to identify and expand channel coverage for both new and existing products
Provide on-ground support to build and optimize the customer system for mature MSG products
Mentor and collaborate with local sales resources to achieve individual & team sales objectives
Report weekly, monthly, and annual work plans and progress to the Regional Manager and Department Manager
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin speaking;
2+ years of local sales experience in MSG/seasoning products or food bulk trade;
