Altha Consulting is seeking a strategic and dynamic
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
professional to support the growth of our consulting business. This role will play a key part in shaping our talent strategy, strengthening our employer brand, and contributing strategically to talent management within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution : Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple levels (Consultant to Managerial), including sourcing, talent mapping, structured screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
Employer Branding:
Develop and execute initiatives to position Altha Consulting as an attractive employer for high-caliber talent, while enhancing candidate experience and engagement.
Onboarding & Employee Experience : Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support structured employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive employee journey.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align hiring plans with business objectives and workforce strategy.
HR Systems & Process Management:
Support the improvement and management of Human Capital systems, including HRIS, credential management, recruitment tracking, and documentation to ensure structured and scalable processes
HC Operations & Governance:
Maintain employee data, support compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field from a reputable university
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, or related HR roles
Prior experience in a consulting firm, professional services, or fast-growth environment is highly preferred
Experience in managing or supporting HR systems (HRIS, ATS, recruitment tracking systems) and utilizing them to improve hiring effectiveness
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficient in strategic sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
Detail-oriented with structured, process-driven thinking
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-expectation setting
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into process improvements
Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
