Work Location: Komplek Ruko SMB Business Central Park A.20 jl. Raya Cangkir.KM. 22 Blok D 1-3, Ngambar, Bambe, Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java 61177.
Job responsibilities
Preparing and processing payment request such as billings, reimbursement, and invoices.
Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
Maintaining accurate records of all cash transactions, including bank statement and petty cash.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, such as the reconciliation of bank accounts, Aging Account Payable, and Cash Flow.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
In charge of petty cash management.
Assisting with finance administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing proof of payment and other related document.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a financial clerk, Finance officer, Finance Cashier or finance accounting staff.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including cash flow, debits/credits, and bank reconciliation.
Experience with cash registers, cash handling procedures, and banking deposits.
Proficiency in MS Office. Have experience with accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Xero, or Netsuite is preferred.
Excellent attentions to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good understanding of financial and bookkeeping processes and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload.
