Job Description Lead Human Capital's work across the resort Regularly check internal and external benefits data to ensure the organization stays competitive and can attract and keep talent Evaluate what skills and training local employees need to grow and improve overall team performance Work with management to determine the right number and type of staff needed to meet business goals Apply policies and practices that build a high-performance work culture. Provide guidance to managers and staff on employment terms and labor laws.

Requirement Minimal 3-5 years n similar position Excellent communication in English both verbal and written Strong leadership and organizational skills Proven track record in an organization with similar standards and capacity Law education background will be an advantage.
