OTO by CarDekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi‑financing, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development (New Clients)

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across automotive and adjacent industries.

Pitch OTO by CarDekho SEA’s suite of media, content, and lead‑generation services.

Build a strong sales pipeline through canvassing, networking, and referrals.

2. Account Management (Existing Clients)

Manage and grow assigned client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Understand client business objectives and propose tailored solutions.

Upsell and cross‑sell additional products/services to maximize revenue opportunities.

Act as the primary contact point for client queries, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (media, content, operations, and product) to deliver effective solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, digital marketing, or B2B account management (automotive industry experience is a plus).

Proven track record in canvassing new clients and managing key accounts.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data‑driven sales is preferred.
