Product Innovation & Solution Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Innovation & Solution Engineer to bridge Business Development and Operations. This role plays a critical part in designing electrification and EV solutions tailored to client needs and ensuring seamless execution after deal closure. You will work at the center of commercial strategy and technical delivery, translating customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support Partner with the Business Development team to understand client electrification needs. Develop customized EV and electrification solutions to support deal acquisition. Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and site evaluations. Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation for clients. 2. Technical Advisory Act as the technical expert during client discussions and negotiations. Provide insights on system configuration, charging/swapping infrastructure, and energy requirements. Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-efficient, and scalable. 3. Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination Translate agreed solutions into clear execution plans for the Operations team. Align with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation and delivery. Support troubleshooting and optimization during project rollout. 4. Continuous Innovation Identify opportunities to improve product offerings and system performance. Monitor industry trends in EV and electrification to strengthen solution competitiveness.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Must have experience in Mining industry or field. Strong understanding of EV systems, electrification, and energy infrastructure is a plus At least 5 years of Experience in solution design, technical pre-sales, or project engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business language. Willingness to travel extensively to support client and operational needs.
