Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all ChaTraMue outlets to ensure service quality, product consistency, and operational excellence.
Monitor outlet performance (sales, labor cost, inventory, waste, customer satisfaction).
Lead and coach Store Leaders to meet operational KPIs.
Ensure implementation of SOPs, hygiene standards, and F&B safety regulations.
Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and manpower planning.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR for smooth operational support.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Support expansion activities (new store openings, training, and readiness).
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in multi-outlet or franchise environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Solid understanding of F&B standards, food safety, and customer experience.
Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel to outlets.
