European design sensibility with tropical craftsmanship .

Tasks We are seeking a

Product Designer

with proven experience in the

sanitary ware industry

and an openness to

using AI-assisted design tools

to accelerate concept development and visualisation.

The ideal candidate blends

aesthetic sensitivity with technical expertise , capable of managing the

entire product design process

— from concept and CAD modelling to factory liaison and production refinement.

You’ll collaborate closely with

manufacturing partners abroad

to ensure every design meets Ahti’s standards for craftsmanship, proportion, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

bathroom products

(faucets, basins, toilets, accessories) in line with Ahti’s design language.

Create

3D models, detailed technical drawings, and photorealistic renders

for internal review and manufacturing.

Work closely with

factories and engineers abroad , ensuring manufacturability and precision.

Incorporate

AI tools

(e.g., for form exploration, material simulation, or concept rendering) to enhance design speed and creativity.

Research

materials, finishes, and trends

within the interiors and architectural space.

Manage the

sampling and prototyping process , reviewing pre-production samples and adjusting as needed.

Develop

CMF (Color, Material, Finish)

concepts and contribute to seasonal collection direction.

Support marketing with

product visuals, narratives, and design storytelling .

Maintain product documentation, including

BOMs, design specs, and version histories .

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in

Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field .

3–6 years of experience in the sanitary ware industry , including faucets, fittings, ceramics, or bathroom accessories.

Strong understanding of

manufacturing processes

— especially

brass casting, ceramic molding, PVD finishes, and assembly .

Proficiency in

3D design and rendering tools

(Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, KeyShot, or similar).

Familiarity or interest in

AI-assisted design platforms

(e.g., Midjourney, Krea, Gravity Sketch, or other generative tools).

Excellent sense of

form, proportion, and ergonomics .

Experience managing the

full design cycle

from concept to production.

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with

international suppliers and technical teams .

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
