Leasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

Create work plan and strategies in Lease and Commercial Building.

Monitor and ensure lease processes are within the determined timeline.

Survey and analyze the competitor price list, to get data with market values and product conditions.

Coordinate with internal team to achieve a higher performance and target.

Carry out marketing activities and be responsible for commercial areas, including rental of common areas and promotional media as income for the company.

Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other parties.

Monitoring installment payments from existing customers.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any major.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as Lease Staff in office building, shopping center/retail industry.

Have an effective communication skill, selling, negotiation, analyst, and high motivation.

Able to work in a team and actively contribute ideas to enhance team performance.

Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta.
