Role Description

We are seeking a Commission Sales Associate for a contractual and remote role. The associate will focus on identifying and engaging new customers, promoting our mobile car wash and detailing services, and closing sales. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive sales strategies. The role requires self-motivation and independent work to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of detailing products, including their proper usage, application techniques, and benefits Sales and customer relationship skills, including client acquisition, retention, and negotiation Ability to effectively promote services, explain benefits, and close sales Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of mobile or car care services is a plus, but not required Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets Comfortable working in a commission-based, remote, and contractual environment
