Retail Leasing Sales Executive - Developer (B-127645) Our client is a Developer company. Currently, they are looking for Retail Leasing Sales Executive.

Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and secure suitable restaurant and canteen operators to achieve a balanced and profitable tenant mix.

Lead lease discussions and coordinate the onboarding process for new F&B tenants.

Serve as the main liaison for tenants, addressing operational needs and fostering long-term partnerships.

Monitor and ensure tenant adherence to building management policies and operational standards.

Research, recommend, and support the development of value-added amenities to improve occupant experience.

Track F&B industry trends and competitor activity within Jakarta’s premium commercial market.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Business English proficiency (professional business use for external & internal communication)

Min. 2 years as Sales for Premium Retail Leasing or Mall Operations, experienced in targeting mid to high end F&B tenants
