People & Organization Development Manager (FMCG Company)

What you will do:

Lead & manage People Development initiatives, including training programs, learning strategies, and capability development aligned with business goals.

Drive Organization Development (OD) initiatives such as organizational design, culture transformation, and change management.

Oversee the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring effective recruitment strategies, employer branding, and quality hiring to support business growth for each SBU.

Develop & implement Talent Management frameworks including talent readiness, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.

Manage Talent Movement & Career Development, ensuring internal mobility and structured career progression across functions.

Establish programs that strengthen Talent Adaptability, preparing employees to thrive in dynamic business environments.

Lead assessment and talent evaluation processes to identify high potential employees and support strategic workforce planning.

Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives.

We are looking for you who:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in People Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment.

Experience in FMCG or fast-paced industries is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of talent assessment tools, succession planning, and competency frameworks.

Proven leadership capability with experience managing HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.

Ability to build a high-performance culture and future ready workforce.
