ASSISTANT ENGINEERING MANAGER

Ensure the smooth operation of main machinery, including injection machines, blow moulding machines, and injection stretch blow moulding machines Ensure the smooth operation of supporting equipment, including chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and plastic molding machines Monitor and evaluate all technical departments, including injection machine setters, HDPE extrusion blow, and PET stretch blow; the Maintenance department (factory machine maintenance); and the Workshop (lathe, milling, EDM, and others) Perform job planning tasks for each division under supervision, including work programs, implementation schedules, and other related activities Prepare regular reports for each project Participate in reviewing product complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting corrective actions Job Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering; major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry Experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly Injection, Extrusion Blow, or Injection Stretch Blow Moulding Knowledge of electrical systems (both low and high voltage) is a plus Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus Proficient in English, both spoken and written Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage Honest, highly committed, with strong integrity and a sense of responsibility Hardworking, persistent, and able to work effectively in a team Send Job Application
