About the Team The Digital Business Strategy team acts as the business owner of digital business within our client’s ecosystem, overseeing pulsa, bills, and top‑ups businesses.

The team collaborates with stakeholders across multiple functions, both internal and external, breaking down complex issues and driving data‑based decision making.

Our Strategy team consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds, enabling multiple perspectives in solving business challenges.

About the Assignment This role is essential in executing and monitoring DG special projects as the ecosystem continues to expand its offerings.

The scope of these projects requires detailed execution, strong coordination, and close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Core Objectives 1. Project Management Act as the central point of contact for digital business special projects.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across teams, from Operations to Accounting.

Ensure smooth execution and alignment across all involved parties.

2. Reporting Provide regular performance updates to leadership.

Monitor and evaluate results against business objectives and targets.

3. Analysis Conduct rigorous business and data analysis.

Perform ad‑hoc market research and business forecasting.

Provide actionable recommendations for end‑to‑end project execution and improvement.

Essential Experience / Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of experience in special project planning or business strategy.

Proficient in managing complex spreadsheets and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Solid understanding of fundamental project management concepts.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders across various seniority levels.

Comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data, including in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong foundational knowledge of project management concepts.

Experience handling cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority.
