Job Description

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's operational processes, ensuring that all activities align with the organizationโ€™s goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Operations Executive will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, improve productivity, and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

Evaluate current processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure project objectives are met.

Support the operations team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring as necessary.

Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, sales, etc.) to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.

Ensure the team is effectively communicating and working together to achieve common operational goals.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Experienced in Accounting and Tax will be a great advantage.

Minimum Diploma Degree with minimum GPA 3.25 or Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00 in English Literature / Management / Accounting / any field that related from a reputable university.

Having minimum TOEFL Score 500 / TOEIC Score 700 would be a definite advantage.

Tech-savvy, able to prioritize work and multi-task, and to work well independently and as a team.

Keep a cool head and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Self-disciplined with good interpersonal and communication skills, loves collaborating with people.

All works conducted in English
