About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
QA/QC Engineer
to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing QA/QC documentation, reviewing technical drawings and method statements, coordinating inspections, and supporting the resolution of non-conformance issues. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain effective quality control systems and drive continuous improvement across project execution.
Job Descriptions
Develop and review ITP (Inspection Test Plan) and QA/QC documentation in accordance with project specifications
Coordinate with client/consultant for inspection approval and documentation submission
Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process including investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
Review engineering drawings and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements
Conduct and supervise inspections (in-process and final) of construction works and materials
Monitor effectiveness of quality control systems and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Familiar in handling QA/QC process for civil, structure, architectural, even MEP within construction site
Proven experience in preparing ITP (Inspection Test Plan), QA/QC documentation, and inspection reports
Strong ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to identify quality risks or deviations
Experience handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and coordinating corrective and preventive actions
Good understanding of construction materials, installation processes, and quality inspection procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with project stakeholders
Proficiency in QA/QC documentation tools, reporting systems, and Google workspace
Willing to be placed in project locations as assigned, including Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi
