Base pay range
IDR4,500,000.00/yr - IDR4,550,000.00/yr
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and supervise employees in our company. The primary responsibility is to ensure business operation efficiency and set future strategic goals. Additionally, you must have the competence to provide guidance to improve performance, combining the company’s vision and culture. The goal is to ensure the profitability of our activities to promote sustainable development and long‑term success.
Responsibilities
Monitor the marketing/business partner team on performance and target achievement.
Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets.
Be responsible for business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and on‑the‑ground.
Oversee branch/point portfolio quality and quantity.
Ensure team solidity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations.
Requirements
Minimum diploma education.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
Experience leading more than 5‑10 team members.
Minimum 2 years experience in micro‑finance as a manager (Grameen-style financial institutions preferred).
Ability to develop sales & marketing strategy as a team to achieve targets.
Own a motor and a valid SIM C.
Willing to be placed in Subah - Batang.
Skills & Abilities
High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the team.
High willingness to learn, especially for analysing information and data.
Easy to adapt to change and target‑oriented.
Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance.
