Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction or site supervision for building facilities.

Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing & drainage, firefighting, and utility systems.

Practical experience working at construction sites (factories, data centers, commercial buildings, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Key Responsibility Areas

Supervise mechanical installation works at construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Manage daily site activities related to HVAC, plumbing & drainage, firefighting, and utility systems.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth site execution.

Monitor construction progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to project schedules.

Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and coordination meetings.

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.

Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during construction.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.

Coordinate closely with design teams to reflect design intent during site execution.

Support cost control, variation handling, and material coordination related to mechanical scope.

Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
