What You Will Experience:

Responsible on managing daily sales operation all channel GT/MT as coverage area

Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target

Monitors and motivates sales team member

Promotion program implementation as well as managing budget, stock and distribution

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university

At least 5 years experiences in Sales FMCG, Manager Level

High achiever and target oriented person

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill

Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates

Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area
