We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
Project Admin , supporting the seamless construction management project. This role serves as a central hub for data management, stakeholder coordination, and operational support. Bridging finance, HSE, procurement, and construction functions. The Project Admin ensures clarity, accuracy, and alignment across all phases of project delivery.
Gather, compile, and maintain project-related data from various departments (e.g., finance, procurement, HSE, construction).
Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into SAP and other project tracking systems.
Maintain organized records of project documentation, including permits, reports, and correspondence.
Assist Finance team with invoice tracking, budget updates, and cost reporting.
Support HSE team with incident logs, safety documentation, and compliance records.
Coordinate with Procurement to track material requests, delivery schedules, and vendor documentation.
Aid Construction Manager in updating progress reports, manpower logs, and site documentation.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage project calendars, filing systems, and communication channels.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any major
(Civil Engineering is
preferred ).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, project accounting, or general administration (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
Experience in construction/engineering projects preferred).
Familiarity with tax regulations (e.g. WHT, VAT), invoicing, and financial reporting in Indonesia.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, ERP, or project finance systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Open to a short-term contract, with availability until June 30th.
