Marketing Manager FTTH

Key Responsibilities: Design customized broadband solutions or products based on customer needs, leveraging professional knowledge to compare various options and recommend the best choice. Present solutions/products to clients. Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and analyze competitors' products. Coordinate cross-functional aspects and maintain close cooperative relationships to support customer relationships. Maintain long-term good relationships with customers, conduct regular customer follow-ups, and understand customer satisfaction with the project and new requirements. Requirements: Solid FTTH-related professional knowledge, familiar with fiber optic communication principles, FTTH network architecture, equipment characteristics, and related technical standards. Understanding of local Indonesian telecommunications industry policies, regulations, and industry standards. Understanding of the competitive landscape and development trends in the Indonesian telecommunications market. Market research and analysis skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth research on market demand, user scale, and spending power in different regions of Indonesia. Proposal planning and writing skills, with the ability to develop pre-sales proposals for FTTH projects. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Indonesian and English. Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to actively maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Personal Qualifications: Possess a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be conscientious and accountable in your work. Excellent teamwork skills. Adaptable and willing to travel to various regions in Indonesia.
