Job Description Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales to understand client requirements and deliver tailored security solution proposals

Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prospective clients

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture

Prepare and review proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution documentation

Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure successful implementation handover

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus. But candidates with any degree are welcome to apply if they have relevant experience

3-5 years experience in a pre-sales, technical consultant, or systems engineer role (preferably in cybersecurity)

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, NDR, firewall, vulnerability management

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Kaspersky, Palo Alto) are a plus

Willing to work from Wisma 46 Kota BNI, Central Jakarta.
