Team Lead - Full-Stack Engineering (AWS + AI-Assisted Dev / Augment)
Summary
Infogain is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead to drive the implementation of a new Customer Risk Analysis feature. This lead will own day-to-day delivery, make solid AWS architecture decisions, and run a high-rigor engineering workflow where Augment (or similar AI coding tools) accelerates development: requiring strong code review, quality control, and team sync to ensure production-grade outcomes.
What you’ll do
· Lead end-to-end full-stack feature delivery (UI + APIs/services + data) from design through release.
o Vue frontend and AWS native services/SQL for backend.
· Own practical AWS application architecture decisions (security, scalability, reliability, cost).
· Use AI-assisted coding tools (Augment, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate delivery while enforcing high standards for:
o code review (especially AI-generated code)
o test coverage and quality gates
o maintainability and performance
· Drive team execution rhythms: sprint planning, daily alignment, demos, dependency management, and stakeholder updates.
Must-have qualifications
· Proven experience as a hands-on full-stack lead shipping production features (not just managing).
· Experience with Vue frontend and AWS native services/SQL for backend.
· Strong AWS architecture foundations and experience building/deploying cloud-native apps.
· Demonstrated success leading teams in modern delivery practices:
o PR/merge discipline, code quality standards, CI/CD
o testing strategy (unit + integration, plus e2e where appropriate)
o observability basics (logging/metrics/tracing)
· Experience operating in an AI-assisted development environment (Augment preferred; Copilot/Cursor acceptable) and ability to govern AI output through structured review and engineering controls.
Nice-to-have
· Experience in risk/compliance, due diligence, KYC/AML, fraud, or fintech.
· Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK) and security best practices (IAM, secrets management, OWASP).
