Sales Consultant
with a "hunter" mindset who is target-oriented and excels at converting high-value leads into profitable closings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Hunter Role): Actively search for and develop new leads through canvassing, networking, and leveraging databases.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
Sales & Conversion: Conduct product presentations, site visits, and consultations to meet client needs.
Deal Management: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations to closing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment and project handover.
Pipeline Management: Actively monitor and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly meeting and closing targets.
