Human Capital General Manager (Manufacturing)
Provide end-to-end leadership in HR strategy and HR operations across all plants.
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and business-aligned talent strategies.
Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, performance management, development, succession, and engagement.
Manage compensation & benefits, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
Lead HR operations, HRIS optimization, data accuracy, and policy implementation.
Handle complex industrial relations, union negotiations, and legal compliance.
Ensure plant-level HR alignment through HRBP and HR coordinators.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business (Master’s preferred).
Strong background in FMCG or large-scale manufacturing.
Proven experience leading HR in industrial and union-heavy environments (East Java familiarity is a strong plus).
Expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, HR compliance, and talent management.
Deep knowledge of labor law, industrial relations, and risk mitigation.
Proficiency in HRIS, HR analytics, and policy deployment.
HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
