Ofsorts is a multidisciplinary design studio specializing in

retail exhibitions, pop-ups, installations, and brand experiences —brought to life through storytelling‑led design and our in‑house build capabilities. We collaborate with leading lifestyle, beauty, and retail brands to turn ideas into impactful spatial experiences.

We are looking for a

Project Officer

to support our projects from briefing to execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You’ll work closely with our creative, project, and production teams to:

Update timelines, trackers, boards, and project documents.

Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on task progress.

Communicate with clients and vendors for schedules, quotations, and revisions.

Support onsite during production and installation.

Assist with logistics (samples, deliveries, pickups) and basic material sourcing.

Help prepare installation checklists and ensure quality alignment with approved designs.

Review construction drawings and FA files for production accuracy.

Create basic drawings or 3D references (SketchUp) when needed.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in events, exhibitions, or related project roles.

Proficient in SketchUp.

Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.

Comfortable with onsite installations and fast‑paced timelines.
