Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at WaHaHa Group, located in Bandar Lampung. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, monitor inventory, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. They will also be responsible for fostering a positive working environment, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational efficiency to align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

Strong Store Management and operational oversight abilities to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.

Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain high levels of client engagement and loyalty.

Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard company assets and minimize shrinkage.

Proven leadership abilities, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to guide and motivate a team effectively.

Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
