Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

Oversee the operational aspects of clients' online stores across marketplaces, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.

Monitor key performance metrics and proactively implement strategies to enhance online store performance and drive sales.

Work closely with the marketing function to develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to clients' needs and objectives.

Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.

Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, guiding data-driven decision-making and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and online store operations, preferably within the e-commerce enabler or retail industry.

Preferably have experience in managing online stores in the electronic category.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online store operations, and digital marketing.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
