We are looking for a

Creative & Social Media Lead

to drive Edukita’s visual storytelling and social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping our brand identity, leading creative direction, and managing a high‑performing creative and social media team.

What You Will Do Lead creative direction and visual storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Edukita website.

Own end‑to‑end creative and social media strategy: from ideation, execution, to performance optimization.

Lead, mentor, and manage creative designers and social media executives, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.

Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging across all channels.

Partner closely with the Marketing Head to execute integrated marketing and community campaigns (online & offline).

Develop creative concepts, campaign visuals, and social media content aligned with brand and business objectives.

Oversee content planning, production workflow, quality control, and timely publishing.

Analyze content performance and social media insights to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.

Stay up‑to‑date with creative trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Creative, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role.

Proven experience managing social media accounts and leading creative execution for social platforms.

Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, branding, and social media content.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with video editing tools.

Strong sense of design, branding, and storytelling.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Passion for education and building meaningful impact through creative work.
