Organic Growth Senior Associate

Job Description

Lead the optimization strategy for Indodana/Cermati Apps on Google Play & App Store. Analyze keyword conversion rates, conduct A/B testing on store assets, and improve visibility on high-intent keywords.

Utilize mathematical modeling to analyze organic performance data. Build predictive models for traffic and revenue forecasting to guide business decisions.

Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) to solve complex algorithmic penalties or traffic drops. Provide data-backed recommendations to the Organic Growth Supervisor and Manager.

Analyze user behavior data (Heatmaps, User Flow) to optimize landing pages for conversion. Bridge the gap between "Traffic" and "Revenue".

Lead the strategy of user organic growth from all marketing channels for Indodana and Cermati, apps and websites.

Conduct deep forensic audits (Log File Analysis, JavaScript Rendering) and architect "Machine-Readable" content structures (Knowledge Graphs, Schema) to secure dominance in AI Overviews (Gemini/ChatGPT).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Preferred majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Engineering.

Minimum 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in Technical SEO, ASO, or Growth Hacking. Proven track record in managing large‑scale websites (Aggregator/E-commerce) is a must.

Advanced Data Proficiency: SQL (Intermediate), Excel/Spreadsheet (Advanced Formula/Pivot), and Data Visualization (Looker Studio/Tableau).

Strong capability in pattern recognition, root‑cause analysis, and hypothesis‑driven testing.

SEO/GEO: Deep understanding of Search Algorithms, Schema Markup (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and AI Search behavior.

ASO: Experience with tools and metrics that generated from it, like GA4, Appflyer or Adjust (Mobile Measurement Partner), Mobile Action, Sensor Tower, or AppTweak.
