Deputy Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Deputy Manager will support the management team with planning, directing, and overseeing the company’s daily operations. Responsibilities include leading and managing teams, coordinating projects, overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with organizational goals, and driving efficiency across departments. The role will also involve liaising with stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the strategic decision‑making process.
