Position Overview This Position is to performs a variety of routine land use planning work within a team of other professional planners, and performs other work as required.

Duties and Responsibilities Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations Reviews or assists in the review of moderately difficult development proposals and site plans for conformance with codes, plans, and regulations Assists in resolving citizen and customer issues To maintain good relationship with the team and build a good working environment. To work with internal team on delivery issues to customer for containment actions & improvement actions. Coordinate with purchasing in the planning and procurement of raw materials, equipment, tooling, purchased parts, supplies and services as required to execute the master schedule. Coordinate internal sales activities with customer service staff. Plan workflow and schedule to production Monitor production status (internal & External / Sub-con) to ensure timely delivery Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet customer deadline Notify Customer Service to inform customer on any delays Any parts issues effect customers requirement required and shall escalate to the superior immediately.

Job Requirements & Qualification Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Having Experience in the same position would be an advantage. Computer literate in using Ms. Office application (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) and has experience in using SAP would be an advantage. Bilingual proficiency - English and Bahasa both written and spoken, has another language proficiency would be an advantage. Willing to work over time if needed.
