About the Role As a Senior Associate in PwC Consulting Indonesia’s Strategy & Operations practice, you will support delivery of strategy, operating model and performance transformation engagements. You will work closely with clients to diagnose challenges, design practical solutions, and drive measurable outcomes across growth, cost, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Deliver workstreams on strategy engagements (e.g., market assessment, growth strategy, commercial due diligence) including problem structuring, analysis, and insight generation. Support operating model design (process, organization, governance, KPIs) and performance improvement initiatives across end-to-end value chains. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, build business cases and financial models (e.g., market sizing, unit economics, scenario analysis). Map AS-IS processes, identify pain points, design TO-BE processes and implementation roadmaps leveraging Lean/Six Sigma techniques. Prepare client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, dashboards) and present findings to client stakeholders. Contribute to project management (scope, plan, risks, milestones), ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Collaborate across PwC lines of service (e.g., Deals, Risk, Technology) to bring integrated solutions to clients. Support proposals and thought leadership by developing case studies, credentials, and points of view. Travel as required to client sites within Indonesia.

Qualifications (Minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting or industry roles focused on strategy, operations, or performance transformation. Proven experience in at least two of the following: market sizing and competitive analysis; operating model/organization design; process improvement and cost optimization; supply chain or service operations; PMO/change management. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus. Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts and process mapping methods. Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Eligibility to work in Indonesia and willingness to travel.

Preferred Attributes Experience delivering consulting projects in Indonesia across sectors such as Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, or Public Sector. Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP/Prince2. Exposure to digital/analytics-led transformation (e.g., using operational dashboards, performance telemetry). Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging senior client stakeholders.
