Supply Planner

The Supply Planner at JR286 is responsible for managing purchase orders, monitoring global suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. The candidate should be able to understand the production planning process and have a global view of basic supply chain with the ability to execute the other assigned tasks on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for purchasing and tracking delivery.

Review open PO’s, maintain accurate pricing, delivery status, and perform PO adjustment when needed.

Manage production capacity, SOI inventories, and other planning performances.

Positively impact inventory management and order fulfillment improving on-time delivery.

Manage logistics flow from Asia and customer direct ship.

Determine the scheduling and expediting of inventory deliveries to ensure acquisition of appropriate levels of material from suppliers.

Work closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, ME teams on impact from new product introduction to product end-of-life.

Manage MOQ, material surcharge, upcharge, expedited freight, address any delivery issues with product development, production quality.

Other tasks as assigned.

What To Bring:

Bachelor’s degrees in engineering or business management required

2 - 3 years recent experience in a large-scale retail environment, allocating footwear, apparel, accessories, or fashion-based products

Computer Proficiency including spreadsheets such as Excel and Oracle ASCP, MRP, inventory and purchasing modules

Teamwork spirit with positive attitude and growth mindset

Strong analytical skills to include writing functional and technical specifications along with interfacing with the user/technical community
