Responsibilities

Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to the company’s development strategy.

Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organise and implement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy.

Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation.

Comply with labour regulations, handle employer relations, labour disputes, and arbitration disputes.

Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment process based on department needs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree from any major.

Good English and Chinese skills.

1‑3 years working experience as HR or in a related field.
