Social Media Specialist (SEA Market)

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Specialist (SEA MARKET) to handle our social media efforts across Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for supervising the social media team, developing editorial content plans, overseeing content execution, and providing performance insights. You will also collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior members to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage IG posting calendar for the PH market

Schedule and post content, write captions, and ensure platform optimization

Monitor analytics and report weekly insights; recommend improvements

Handle community management: comments, DMs, customer inquiries

Implement social listening to gather feedback and competitive insights

Produce on-camera content following beauty trends

Edit content using CapCut or VN with high-quality storytelling

Capture photos for campaigns, product features, and social media needs

Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign alignment

Identify emerging beauty trends for PH audiences

Qualifications

1 – 3 years of experience handling IG / TikTok pages for beauty or lifestyle brands and content creation

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Ability to produce high-quality, fast-turnaround content. Comfortable managing fast-moving platforms and community volume

On-camera presence suitable for beauty content

Proficient in CapCut / VN editing is preferred

Strong understanding of SEA beauty market, audience behavior, and trends

Comfortable on-camera and able to create beauty-focused content
