Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve national sales targets and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in genomics.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with academic institutions, research organizations, and biotech companies in Indonesia.

Analyze industry and market trends to align with needs and expectations of the life sciences sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, key accounts, and stakeholders.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to BOD.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, genetics, biotechnology, business).

Minimum 3 years of experience at a supervisor or manager level in medical devices distributors.

Strong understanding of genomics products and services, including sequencing technologies and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales goals.
