position
with Responsibilities & Qualifications as follows:
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Manager’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules effectively.
Organize and prepare meeting requirements (invitations, meeting rooms, presentation materials, and minutes of meeting), including follow-up on action items.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and memos) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Act as a liaison between the Manager and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documents as required.
Arrange business travel (flight bookings, accommodation, itinerary, and expense claims).
Maintain proper filing systems and manage confidential documents.
Support coordination of projects and activities.
Ensure confidentiality of company and management information at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willing to be placed in Citeureup, Bogor.
