Responsibilities

Participate in rotational training across shipping and marine operations

Support daily operational coordination and documentation

Learn end‑to‑end shipping business processes from the ground up

Assist in internal and external communication, especially Mandarin‑related matters

Requirements

No prior shipping industry experience required

Strong interest in the shipping/marine industry

Fluent in Mandarin

Outgoing, communicative, and eager to learn

Willing to grow into a long‑term role within the department
