Responsibilities
Oversee the end‑to‑end processing of GFMO (Global Financial Markets Operations) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Manage a team of processing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including front office, risk, and control functions, to identify and resolve processing issues.
Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision‑making.
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a global bank.
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of processing specialists.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues.
Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and operations.
Proficient in the use of relevant systems and technologies to support processing activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
