Job Description Get to Know the Team The Central Warehouse team is an established team responsible for managing central warehouse operations. We make an impact by creating customer satisfaction by accurate and on time order fulfillment. Our team is made up of field operation, admin and operation leader. Get to Know the Role We are looking for a Central Warehouse Operation Associate to lead and manage the operation team on day to day activity. We believe a successful candidate has strong leadership and good knowledge on how to manage the warehouse operation , but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. On this role you will be report to Manager The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Floor operations resource and roster planning including MP capacity planning. Coordinate with related stake holders related to daily operational activity. Coordinate with vendor / supplier if needed Warehouse and Mid Miles reporting consolidation Liaise with Mid Miles vendor to ensure all delivery execute as a plan Manage daily activity of warehouse to achieve the KPI target Manage and monitor warehouse inventory (WH capacity and accuracy) Ensures that SLA in the middle mile is achieved consistently Develop and update SOP for Warehouse operation

Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Experience to manage warehouse operational (Inbound and Outbound Activity) Experience to manage warehouse inventory Have capability to propose manpower planning based on target volume Able to lead the team and take decision when needed or escalate to his/her manager Good communication skill for both verbal and written, including communication to external parties Showcase fighting spirit Strong knowledge on Warehouse Management System 2 or more years of experience on Warehouse Operation You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc
