Regional Sales Manager

About the role

As the Regional Sales Manager for PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share across multiple sales territories in Jakarta. This full-time position will see you lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of key business objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to maximize performance. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service. Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a regional sales management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective leadership and strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Familiarity with sales force automation tools and CRM systems. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. What we offer
