IT Digital Program Manager

Responsibilities

Drive strategic account growth and identify new business opportunities.

Lead proposal development, SOW discussions, and contract negotiations.

Manage account financial health — forecasting, burn rate tracking, invoicing & collection.

Collaborate with PMs & Dev teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Resolve client issues with clarity, professionalism, and strong relationship management.

Qualifications

Over 5 years experience managing high-value client accounts.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs & market trends.

Skilled in crafting quotations and monitoring project profitability.

Excellent communication skills across technical & non-technical audiences.

Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams.

Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in dynamic project environments.

Background in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in digital projects is a strong plus.
