Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Head of HR Business Partnering (HRBP) to lead the people strategy for Kredit Pintar in Indonesia. This is a country-focused leadership role, where you will act as a strategic advisor to the management team and drive HR initiatives to support business growth, regulatory compliance, and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Indonesia leadership team, aligning people strategy with business objectives. Lead and manage all HR business partnering activities including talent management, performance, and organizational development. Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) regulations, working closely with legal and risk functions. Partner with department heads on workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building. Support and coach leaders on people-related matters including team development, change management, and engagement. Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Implement performance management frameworks to drive high performance. Work closely with the HR COE (Center of Excellence) teams to roll out HR programs and policies effectively across the business. Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Drive employer branding and employee experience initiatives to position Kredit Pintar as an employer of choice in the Indonesian fintech space.

Key Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 8โ€“10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role within financial services or fintech. Prior experience working with OJK regulations is required. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices. Track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decision-making and process improvement. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
