Senior Backend Engineer

Design and develop reliable and fault‑tolerant systems with minimal guidance

Translate product requirements into technical, actionable steps

Evaluate task effort and estimate deliverables

Split the complex engineering task into smaller components

Take responsibility for the entire life cycle of your product: development, testing, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Software Engineer, Backend

Minimum 2 years of working experience using Golang

At least basic knowledge of Java

Experienced in SQL, Design Patterns, MongoDB, Redis, PubSub, git workflow, gRPC, Distributed Systems, and Scalability

Experience in software development lifecycle best practices

Able to do performance benchmarking and monitoring
