Head of Delivery (CTS) for Paques

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end implementation of the company’s software products for new and existing customers.

Define and continuously improve implementation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, customization (if applicable), integration, testing, and go-live.

Act as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges and customer issues.

Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and successful adoption of the product.

Team Management & Scaling Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing delivery team.

Define roles and responsibilities within the team.

Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.

Plan team capacity and scaling aligned with company growth.

Work with cross-functional teams – Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Development – to define customer needs and project requirements.

Examine, define, defend, and rationalize customer needs and project requirements within the internal team and to customers.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or professional services.

3+ years in a leadership or head-of-function role.

Proven experience delivering complex B2B software or SaaS implementations.

Excellent stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills.

Experience scaling teams and processes in a growing product company.
