KOL/Affiliate Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop and execute KOL & affiliate strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.

Identify, shortlist, and manage KOLs/Affiliates that fit the brand image across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Initiate, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and Affiliates via DM, email, or other communication channels.

Coordinate end-to-end collaboration processes, including product seeding, content timelines, posting schedules, and deliverables.

Prepare clear campaign briefs, key messages, and content guidelines for KOLs and Affiliates.

Monitor content performance and ensure timely posting in accordance with campaign plans.

Manage and continuously update KOL & affiliate databases (contacts, rate cards, contracts, performance metrics).

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, views, conversions, ROI).

Evaluate campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.

Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in KOL & affiliate marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in KOL, influencer, or affiliate marketing (preferably in consumer brands, e-commerce, or digital agencies).

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems, including content formats, livestreaming, algorithms, and performance metrics.

Experienced in handling KOL outreach, negotiations, and collaboration management.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and Google Drive; experience with influencer tools or affiliate platforms is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of results.
