Your Dual Role: Driving CX and Sales Success
Premium Customer Engagement: Serve as the brand's voice, communicating via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to expertly resolve inquiries and provide personalized product guidance.
Direct Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and execute high-value sales actions, including upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling, to maximize average order value (AOV).
Sales Recovery & Retention: Implement targeted efforts for abandoned cart assistance, subscription recovery, and win‑back campaigns to recapture lost sales and boost customer lifetime value (LTV).
Brand Concierge Service: Deliver a consistently high‑end, consultative experience that aligns with the brand’s identity, making the customer feel valued throughout their journey.
Post‑Purchase Excellence: Efficiently manage all order‑related concerns (tracking, returns, exchanges), ensuring a seamless experience that encourages immediate repeat sales.
Data & Process Improvement: Accurately log customer interactions and sales data, monitoring feedback trends to collaborate on continuous improvements in the customer experience and sales workflow.
Qualifications
1+ year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience (mandatory).
Prior e‑commerce experience with upselling, subscription recovery, and post‑purchase sales.
Exceptional communication and persuasive skills – natural ability to build rapport quickly and convert conversations into closed sales opportunities.
Experience in customer service across phone, email, or chat; direct e‑commerce sales conversion experience preferred.
Working knowledge of e‑commerce platforms like Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement technology – a definite asset.
Goal‑oriented, self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance remote environment.
Technical Requirements for a Seamless Remote Setup
A dedicated PC or laptop with an i5 processor or a comparable modern equivalent.
