BIM / Revit Architect

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is seeking a skilled

BIM / Revit Architect

to support the delivery of high-quality architectural BIM models and documentation across multidisciplinary consultancy projects, including commercial buildings, infrastructure, and data centers.

As part of our consulting team, you will collaborate closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers to ensure accurate, coordinated, and compliant BIM deliverables throughout the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit

Produce tender and IFC construction documentation

Coordinate models with Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines

Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues

Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and documentation quality

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field

Minimum 5 years of Revit experience in consultancy or design environment

Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing

Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination

Knowledge of BIM standards and project delivery workflows
